Working with Craig helped me see some of the deeper patterns that had been shaping my life for a long time. In particular, I began to understand where my drive for perfection came from, and how much energy it was costing me. Through our work, I also reconnected with my creativity and what I genuinely enjoy building. The clarity that emerged felt steady and grounded, and helped me orient toward what actually matters to me.
